Hi guys, gals, and non-binary pals!

Christmas is one of my most favourite holidays, if not my most favourite. I look forward to it each and every year. After my birthday, Christmas has basically started for me haha. Forget about EVERYTHING in between. LUSH always delivers knock out collections for each holiday and this year’s Christmas range is incredibly innovative. I feel like LUSH is redefining gifts this year and it’s very exciting. Today, I wanted to explore the products that have been brought out for this period for which I would recommend keeping your eyes peeled!

Best Colourful Palettes

Hi guys, gals, and non-binary pals!

Today is a big day for Australians, at 10AM AEST, the results of the Same-Sex Marriage Survey were announced with 61.6% of participating Australians voting YES! We’ve been told that we will have a new legislation regarding marriage before Christmas and it is a very exciting time. To celebrate, I’ve chosen to talk about my favourite colourful eyeshadow palettes, because you’re definitely going to need one now hahaha.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture Dupes

Hi guys, gals and non-binary pals

Prior to the reviews and the online catastrophe that was the Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture Palette, I really wanted to purchase this palette. I adore the shades and it’s very different to anything that I currently own. This palette had a lot of tones that I thought would be much more fun to play around with than the Modern Renaissance palette, which is supposed to be the sister palette to the Subculture palette. I still find that that the shades in that palette can border pink-eye type looks, even though I do love burgundy shadow. So I thought Subculture would be right up my alley and then all the reviews came out and I just couldn’t risk spending the money on something that just wasn’t great quality. So I thought I’d create a dupes post using my favourite brands of single shadows, Makeup Geek and Inglot, to create a sort of similar palette out of the shades that both brands currently sell. I will have two separate dupe palettes created so that you could purchase all of the shadows from one store. I hope that you find this post helpful!

Haul: Essence Blossom Dreams Collection

Hi guys, gals and non-binary pals!

It’s been a little bit since I’ve reviewed an Essence collection and to be honest, that’s largely due to there not being a collection that really interested me. A lot of their more recent collections have been quite bland or nothing revolutionary so I’ve not bothered to try anything. However, on a trip to target with a quest to purchase appropriate theatre attire, I stumbled into the cosmetics department and saw a newer Essence collection! I don’t know how long it’s been available because I don’t find myself popping in to Target too often, but it was new enough for there to still be a vast majority of the collection. However, they were all able to be opened and weren’t sealed to avoid contaminated product. I swear Target don’t even know what to do with a cosmetics section, it’s ridiculous how often things are trashed, but that’s a rant for another day. Today I’m sharing the products that I picked up from the Blossom Dreams collection! I hope that you enjoy!
