Review: LUSH Holiday Pt. 3

Hi guys, gals, and non-binary pals!

Today is the final part of my LUSH Holiday review series! I’m really thankful that I’ve gotten the opportunity to try so many products this Christmas. I hope that you’ve all enjoyed the reviews that I’ve been able to write for you. In this final post, I’ll be sharing the bath products

I love bath bombs the most and I’m always drawn in by the bath products that are made for limited edition collections, despite hardly ever having baths hahaha. Baths are a special occasion for me because I really need to have quite a bit of time spare to actually relax and enjoy it and over this Christmas period, working in retail, those moments are hard to come by but when I do have them, a nice bath bomb is exactly what I am in desperately in need of. Whether it’s fun, soothing or just smells delightful, a bath bomb adds a special something.

The Golden Wonder is just that, fun and smells amazing. It is one of my favourite bath bombs from LUSH. It smells very citrusy with orange and lime oil. It also has a deceiving appearance that makes for a very fun bath surprise once you pop it in the water. I’m sure most of you have tried it yourselves but I won’t spoil it for those of you that haven’t! Definitely give it a go this Christmas!

The Snowman Bubbleroon is a real delight for the bath! It has fresh and comforting Sicilian lemon and lemon myrtle oils, as well as soft cocoa and shea butters to keep your skin moisturised. This lil Olaf baby is such a cute little bath character. Its almost a shame to have to use it and see the this him melt away but you’re skin will be thanking you! Don’t give my bath products a face, it’s too sad for me, LUSH!

I’d never actually tried the famous LUSH Fun bath product prior to this Christmas! I usually watch YouTube videos or tv shows when I’m relaxing in the bath, I don’t tend to need something to keep me occupied but gosh this product is fun, as the name suggests. I think what I love most is how versatile it is. You can crumble it under running water to create some bubbles, lather it up to make a body wash or just have a little playdough-like fun. I love the Snow Fairy scent. This product really feels like Christmas to me, with its child-like spirit.

The only product that fell a little flat for me was the Sherbet Dip Bath Bomb. When I smelt it in the packet, I was quite excited for the citrusy surprise but once it hit the water and dissolved, the only fun thing about it was the bath colour. The scent is quite subtle, so if you are looking for something less wild, this might actually be perfect for you. It does leave the water glittery and pretty, so that’s lovely but yeah, I was hoping for a little more oomph to the scent.

So that about wraps up my LUSH holiday product reviews! I hope that you’ve enjoyed them and I hope that they gave you some inspiration for your gift giving or celebration of the holiday season!
