This month has been pretty crazy for me and the world. Did everyone enjoy Eurovision? It feels like ages since it was on. I also had a tonne of assignments due this month and looking back on my schedule, I’m surprised I managed to do much around those assignments. Even though I was quite busy, I still have quite a few favourites this month and I’m really excited to talk about them! I hope that you enjoy it!
1. Kosmea Rescue Treatment Pack
As I mentioned in my Skin Care Routine, I’ve been using this with my travel skin care because it is small and it is of really great quality. At one point either this month or last, I went through a terrible time with my skin where it was very red with acne and with scratching so I wanted to try something that would at least soothe the pain and reduce the redness. This kit improved my skin in a major way. My spots were fading and my skin was healing really quickly. My skin was also noticeably more hydrated, which lead to less picking. So I’d really recommend this pack if your skin is in a bad way. It is also really decently priced. I’ve used it 2 nights per week for 2 months so far and there’s still tonnes of product!
2. theBalm Meet Matt(e) Hughes – Charming
I’d lusted after this product for MONTHS and I even wrote about it in a post, and this month I finally picked it up. These had been out of stock for such a long time and I really regretted not purchasing it when I’d first seen it. These liquid lipsticks dry matte and I find that they are transfer proof. They are very comfortable and have a choc mint scent. I adore the shades and while I only have this one shade, I think that these just might be my most favourite liquid lipstick formula. I think they’re even better than the JS liquid lipsticks and you all know how much I love them! theBalm hasn’t got the shade range that JS has but I’m loving the formula and I hope that I can pick up more shades soon!
3. Barry M Nail Paint – Raspberry, Blackberry and Cappuccino
I’m a huge fan of Barry M and I recently won a competition and received a few products and I’m in love with all of them. I already own a few shades and I’ve talked about them here and here and I’m just very excited to have them here in Australia. Cappuccino looks a lot like Jeffree Star’s Scorpio lipstick and I posted a picture on Instagram of me wearing Blackberry with Australis’ new blue Velourlips shade that they brought out in their new Gems collection that got shared on Priceline’s Instagram! I love the shades and they last really well on my nails.
4. Fire Emblem Fates
I made the mistake of purchasing the new Fire Emblem game a week before an assignment was due and let’s just say that I became addicted very quickly, which resulted in me needing to leave my DS in another room to charge so that I could dedicate time to working on my assignments haha. I love this game so much. I’m playing through the Birthright story first and I’ll move to Conquest when I think that my ability is better because this is the first Fire Emblem game that I’ve played. I really wanted Awakening when that was released but I never bought it and I regret that now knowing that I love this one so much! If you’re on the fence about getting it, I think that you should get it. You won’t regret it!
5. Sergey Lazarev-You Are the Only One / Greta Salome – Hear Them Calling Me
